Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note:

• Cancellations must be requested via email to [email protected] with your order number
• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days
• If your order has already been prepared for shipment, cancellation may not be possible

Returns

We accept returns of most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Certain items (such as personalized products) may not be eligible for return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. You will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow:

• 5-7 business days for us to receive and inspect your return
• 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.
